Refunds Policy, Exchanges and Shipping

We do not accept returns for refund or exchanges unless the item arrived defective or not as described. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at by using our contact form and select "Return or Exchange" from the dropdown and fill out the required information. Please include pictures of the defective or damaged items. Upon the receipt of the defective or damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item!

Lost or Stolen Packages

JDM Buyers Club is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, JDM Buyers Club will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, fill out this contact form and select "Return or Exchange" from the dropdown list.

Can I change my order?

Yes, if your order hasn't been sent yet, please contact us and we'll be happy to change your order. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be changed!

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, if your order hasn't been processed, please contact us and we'll be happy to cancel your order. You will be charged 5% of the amount of your order, because of transaction fees. Orders that have already been processed and shipped cannot be canceled!

How long does shipping take?

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To return your product, first, you should email us by filling out this contact form and including your name and order number. A representative from our team will get back to you within 24 hours with the instructions on how to return your product. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $15 in value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
