How can I track my order?

After your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that contains your tracking information. If for any reason your tracking number doesn't work, please reply to the2ndshiftclub@gmail.com and a person from our team will get back to you within the next 24 hours!

What if my order is lost or damaged?

If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know!
First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we will not issue you with a re-ship or a refund. If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at the2ndshiftclub@gmail.com stating your order number. A person from our team will get back to you within the next 24 hours. We will do whatever is needed to make you one of our happy clients!

Do you deliver orders to my country?

We deliver to the majority of countries around the world ( More than 200 countries). If there are any issues, we will contact you directly.

Are all of the product in my order sent together?

Products are occasionally sent separately to reach you as quickly as possible, to avoid customs charges or because they are being sent from separate distribution centers.

Can I change my order?

Yes, if your order hasn't been sent yet, please contact us and we'll be happy to change your order. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be changed!
